I Beat Anxiety

I have to do a report for my english class on some kind of world problem and I have to do a report on Social Anxiety Disorder. Not to be confused with shyness. I have most of my information, I just cannot find anything on therepy or treatments for this disorder.

I need help with finding some kind of specific therepy for S.A.D

I am an excellent student but I suffer from social anxiety and when I speak to academics I feel embarrassed and never get my point across. How can I train myself to feel less intimidated?

I’ve been reading up on it and it seems to be causing a lot of my problems. My psychiatrist is seeing me more often lately due to stress, anxiety, and depression. She said it definitely could be that I also have this disorder. Anybody help with it? Definition.

I made an appointment in a local clinical for psychiatry but the lady said neurology also treat these cases. I don’t know what to chose? Do you have any idea? They would be greatly appreciated.

I often go through these “spells” every so many months. I get to feeling depressed, and everything seems fake. Also everything I once liked doing doesn’t sound so fun anymore. I know it’s depression, and then I develop these anxiety attacks where I have problems breathing, I get dizzy, I just feel like plain crap. I am on Lexapro for depression. Been on it for almost 3 years now. I have many tricks on what to do when anxiety hits, but I need more! I don’t know what triggers these attacks, but I hate it! If anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated..thanks.
